The Role

In the world of digital marketing, social media plays a vital role in connecting brands with their audience and building online presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will be the mastermind behind crafting and executing impactful social media strategies, leveraging the power of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

With a keen eye for creativity and a data-driven approach, you will lead the charge in curating engaging content, managing community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to continually improve and drive results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to develop and implement integrated campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive growth.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing social media channels for a brand
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams


Things You Might Do

We are a fast-growing, and remote-first company, so you'll likely get experience on many different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you'll probably do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals
  • Create and curate engaging and shareable content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, and recommend new opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Analyze and report on the performance of our social media activities, using data to inform future strategies and tactics
