The Role
Behind every successful product launch and delightful customer experience lies the work of a skilled product manager. As a product manager, you'll be responsible for the critical decisions that bring products to life and make them successful.
Working alongside developers, designers, and marketers, you'll bring your expertise to bear on a variety of challenging projects, from concepting to launch. Your responsibilities will include customer and market research, product roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and collaborating with the team to ensure that goals are met.

About You
- 2+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful products
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, with a focus on SaaS and HR industry solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
- Data-driven approach, with experience using metrics to inform product decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing
Things You Might Do
We are a fast-growing, and remote-first company, so you'll likely get experience on many different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you'll probably do:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to bring products to market
- Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and iterations
- Drive product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies
